Evolved Running is an outlet for sharing information about endurance athletics, with a primary focus on running.

The focus is on my becoming a better runner, but not everything I discuss will strictly involve running itself.

I will discuss eating, training, health, fitness, recovery, etc. in general, and will share my experiences as I continue to train and learn.  I will probably also discuss scientific literature on occasion.
